The WRJ Art Calendar has been an iconic Reform movement resource for 100 years. In an effort to make the organization more environmentally-friendly, WRJ will now be offering its calendar in a free online version only beginning later this summer. The inaugural online calendar will feature historic art from past WRJ Art Calendars and will continue to include all the same information everyone has come to expect, such as the weekly Torah and Haftarah portions, all Jewish holidays, and American and Canadian legal holidays.
A benefit of moving the calendar to an online format is that WRJ now will be able to offer new features, including interactive links to information on RAC Social Action Days and WRJ District events. Also by moving the calendar to this new format, WRJ will be able to share web-based information directly in the calendar, with links to WRJ Holiday Guides and WRJ Advocacy Guides, to name a few.
For those who prefer paper, the calendar will be available online as a monthly single-page PDF download for printing by the user. We hope you will find the new online WRJ calendar to be a user-friendly and valuable resource.
