We will explore URJ’s interpretation and commentaries as they guide us in our search for meaning in our Jewish and personal life.
- How can we decide on the proper path to “walk,” were we really there with Moses at Sinai?
- Is there a moral gap in our lives?
We will investigate the texts and search for their meaning in how we “walk the streets of Simcoe County.” YouTube clips will be presented to highlight some of the modern day dilemmas. We will also look at some of the more traditional commentaries as they may differ from our modern day Reform scholars.
